Troubleshooting/Problems with our online freight calculator

Our online freight calculator is designed for shipping goods from the United States to other countries overseas using LCL freight.

With this online freight calculator, you can easily manage international cargo transportation of large orders from the USA to destinations worldwide.

However, if you encounter any issues while trying to obtain a price quote using the online freight calculator, please be aware that this website was developed to function optimally with Microsoft Edge, as well as Google Chrome web browsers. The calculator may not work as intended with other browsers.

Anti-spam methods

If our emails regarding shipping items from the USA abroad continue to land in your spam/junk folder, please refer to the instructions below for your email provider:

AOL Users:

Check your "Spam" folder. If you find our email there, select the message from InternationalShippingUSA.com and click "This is Not Spam."
To ensure future delivery, also do the following:

1. Right-click on Contacts in the left sidebar and select New Contact from the menu.

2. Type in LoveAwake.com in the Name Field and @ InternationalShippingUSA.com in the Email 1 field.

3. Press the Create button at the top of the page.

Hotmail Users:

Check your "Junk email" folder. If you find our email there, select the message from InternationalShippingUSA.com and click "Not Junk."

To ensure future delivery, also do the following:

1. Click on Options in the upper right-hand corner of the page

2. Click on Safe and blocked senders under Junk e-mail

3. Click on Safe Senders

4. Type in @ InternationalShippingUSA.com and click the Add to list » button

Yahoo Users:

Check your "Bulk Mail" folder. If you find our email there, select the message from InternationalShippingUSA.com and click "Not Spam."

To ensure future delivery, also do the following:

1. Click the Contacts tab at the top of the page.

2. Click the Add Contact Button

3. Type in InternationalShippingUSA.com in the name field and @InternationalShippingUSA.com in the email field.

4. Then click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Gmail Users:

Check your "Spam" folder. If you find our email there, select the message from InternationalShippingUSA.com and click "Not Spam."

To ensure future delivery, also do the following:

1. Click on Contacts in the left sidebar

2. Click on the Create Contact link at the top of the page

3. Type in InternationalShippingUSA.com in the Name field and @ InternationalShippingUSA.com in the Email field.

4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Outlook Users:

1. Select Actions from the top menu bar, then select Junk email, followed by Junk Email Options.

2. Select the Safe Senders tab, then click the Add button.

3. Type in InternationalShippingUSA.com and click the OK button.

4. Click the OK button.
