I. GENERAL:

The service you will offer and support is the logistics related to international cargo transportation by sea.
The position requires developing new and supporting existing clients, carriers, and third-party logistics accounts. You will work with versions of various types and sizes daily, building relationships, problem-solving, and assessing their needs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

Consider the entry-level part-time position a start to achieving a full-time manager position.
Previous experience in the cargo transportation industry is preferred but not necessary. We will train. Continuous study of the business is crucial.
Strategic, creative thinking and relationship-building skills are a must.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively influence others.
Strong PC skills in using MS Office and other applications in the Windows environment.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

II. THE INITIAL THREE-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD:

The temporary status during the probationary period should allow our company to evaluate your progress and skills closely. To determine appropriate assignments and monitor other aspects of your activity, such as how you learn the business and interact with co-workers and customers.

During this probationary period, if, for any reason, your activity is considered inappropriate, your participation in the Amid Logistics, LLC business can be terminated at any time. No payment for the last pay period will be provided to you. All assets you gained during your activity in Amid Logistics, LLC must be returned in the proper order without delay. All intellectual property and access to any sources must be kept strictly confidential and cannot be used in your further activity in any way.

If you succeed, then at the end of the probationary period, in general, you must be able to:

Clearly understanding the scope of Amid Logistics LLC’s business;
Be able to thoroughly and independently support all aspects of the services offered by our company;
Start developing your department.

III. YOUR COMPENSATION DURING THE INITIAL THREE-MONTH PROBATIONARY PERIOD TOWARD W-9:

During this probationary period, if you are successful in your job, you receive compensation for the Form W-9 provided by you.

Note: You are NOT on a payroll (W-2) schedule. This is NOT an hourly paid position. You are responsible for all taxes related to the compensation.

The amount of part-time monthly compensation is $700 per calendar month.

If you succeed in the business during this probationary period, a monthly basic compensation is intended to be paid to you in two parts, twice per calendar month:

1st part (paycheck) on the 15th of each month
The second part is on the first day of the following month, regardless of how many days were in the previous month (28, 29, 30, or 31).

IV. YOUR WORK SCHEDULE:

You work at our Palm Coast, FL office five days a week: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM—at least five hours per working day.

Note: Your work schedule is flexible during the probationary period and may be adjusted to meet your personal needs if necessary.

We expect you to continue doing your homework to improve your OTI business qualification.

Some national U.S. Holidays will be paid days off for you. You will be informed about paid holidays in advance.

V. AT THE END OF THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD:

Suppose you succeed during this probationary period based on your activity. In that case, we will discuss your further working conditions with a valued full-time or part-time team member of our business.
