To comply, customers booking affordable international shipping with us must confirm that they do NOT act as an unlicensed ocean transportation intermediary nor arrange multinational sea freight shipping from the USA on behalf of others unless operating under an OTI license.
Falsifying this statement is considered an attempt to violate the Shipping Act. Such attempts and related facts may be forwarded to the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission for enforcement action against the unlicensed international shipping company.
